Eligibility and teams
- Participation is open to Daffodil International University (DIU) students only.
- Each team may have up to three members.
- Team member details and DIU IDs should be entered accurately in the official registration form.

Competition Rules
Review the eligibility, submission, and final-round requirements before submitting your team.
FYDP and thesis restriction
FYDP projects and thesis projects will not be accepted. Do not submit an FYDP or thesis project as your research poster competition entry.
Abstract submission
- Submit the research title, research field/category, and abstract through the official Google Form.
- The abstract must be 250–300 words.
- Abstract submission deadline: 10 November 2026, 11:59 PM (Bangladesh time).
Finalist poster requirements
- Each finalist team is responsible for printing its own research poster.
- Poster size: A0 portrait — 841 × 1189 mm.
- Download the sample A0 PowerPoint poster template as a guide to organizing your content.
Fees
- Phase 1 registration fee: Tk 150 per team.
- Qualified finalist teams pay an additional Phase 2 fee of Tk 350 per team.
- Total fee for teams participating in both phases: Tk 500 per team.
Review and results
Results announcement: 11 November 2026. Qualified teams will be informed about final-round arrangements.
Final-day schedule and venues
- Final poster round: Library, 15 November 2026, 9:00 AM.
- Panel discussion and closing ceremony: KT-201.
